The benefits of eating buttermilk are as follows:-

  • Drinking buttermilk reduces obesity.
  • If there is frequent urination, add salt to buttermilk and drink it. Pain is reduced.
  • Swallowing curd water or buttermilk cures mouth sores.
  • If you add buttermilk and drink it, the germs in the stomach will die.
  • Drinking buttermilk with jaggery stops the burning sensation during urination.
  • Add some nutmeg powder to buttermilk and drink it to reduce headache.
  • Drinking buttermilk on an empty stomach cures stomach ache.
  • Drinking buttermilk with sugar and black pepper reduces pitta problems.
  • Giving children 4 teaspoons daily 2-3 times a day during teething can reduce teething pain.
